Aaron Edwards
Aaron Edwards is an Idaho native and grew up in Southeast Boise. He attended Liberty Elementary, East Jr High and Boise High School. When he turned 19 he left for Milan, Italy for two years to serve a mission for his church. After returning he started college at BSU where he met his sweetheart Corie, a native of Emmett Idaho. Then he transferred to Rexburg Idaho and graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Illustration. Aaron and Corie have five children – one girl and four boys – and now live in Meridian.

Aaron Edwards is a seasoned real estate professional who brings a deep understanding of the market and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed. A lifelong learner and natural leader, Aaron has been serving Idaho buyers and sellers since 2006, when he launched his career with a national brokerage. In 2010, he joined a local firm where he continued selling full-time while also leading recruitment—growing the company from 300 to over 1,100 agents by 2018.
In 2020, Aaron founded Idaho Life Real Estate, building it into one of the region’s most respected boutique brokerages. After successfully selling that company, he launched 3% Idaho Real Estate, combining his extensive industry knowledge with a streamlined, client-first model focused on smart negotiation and lasting results.
In addition to his brokerage leadership, Aaron has shared his expertise by teaching pre-license and continuing education courses at the Idaho College of Real Estate. He’s committed to educating both agents and clients—believing that empowered people make better decisions and enjoy better outcomes.
Outside of real estate, Aaron and his family love the outdoors and all that Idaho has to offer. He enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, camping, and spending quality time with friends and family.
